We are delighted you have selected the Cook Education Center for your event. The facility rental agreement packet below includes information about our facility amenities, fees and prices, rental hours, booking policies, insurance information, frequently asked questions, and all other required information that may be applicable to your event.

 

A signed facility rental agreement application, which includes the general terms and conditions acknowledgement, are required to make a reservation.

 

The Facility Rental Agreement Packet can be delivered in person (by appointment only), by postal mail, or email.

Make an appointment with the Cook Education Center staff to drop-off your signed & completed Facility Rental Agreement Packet by calling (903) 875-7340.
